I only use eco-friendly and septic safe products, for the health and safety of your home and family. This includes a mix of bi-carb soda, steam cleaning, Earth Choice products and Enviroclean products.

Do you have your own cleaning equipment?

Yes. I have all of my own professional equipment. All my cloths are colour coded and only used once per home before being scrubbed by hand and then machine washed. All mops are only used once per home or business and machine washed after each use.

Do you need to inspect my house before the clean?

No.
I don't need to come before the clean. However,  in order to give a better idea of the time needed or what will be achieved in the chosen time-frame, you can message with more details of the job, including: -
- Number of bedrooms,  bathrooms and toilets
- The last time they were cleaned
- What you're wanting to achieve and what your priorities are
- Are there any areas in particular that need addressing?

Do I need to be home for the clean?

No, you don't need to be home. You are more than welcome to stay home or go out while the cleaning is done. However, I do request that any indoor animals are taken outside for the clean, and that people aren't walking through the house during the vacuuming and mopping stage.

Do you do bond cleans?

Yes. I am able to work closely with tenants and landlords in order to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.
Sustainaclean offers no guarantee that you will get your bond back, however effective communication is important to achieve 100% satisfaction with your clean.
