No. I don't need to come before the clean. However, in order to give a better idea of the time needed or what will be achieved in the chosen time-frame, you can message with more details of the job, including: - - Number of bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets - The last time they were cleaned - What you're wanting to achieve and what your priorities are - Are there any areas in particular that need addressing?

No, you don't need to be home. You are more than welcome to stay home or go out while the cleaning is done. However, I do request that any indoor animals are taken outside for the clean, and that people aren't walking through the house during the vacuuming and mopping stage.

Yes. I am able to work closely with tenants and landlords in order to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.
